Pizza Night Information

Band & Choir Students are asked to donate the following:

  • Freshmen & Sophomores - Dessert

    • (cookies, brownies, cupcakes etc.)

  • Juniors & Seniors - Pop (2-liter)

Donations can be in the band room by 3pm on Thursday

Advanced Ticket Sale Forms will be accepted until  Monday, 10.30

Tickets will be $13 @ the door

the night of the event

Dinner will be served 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Pizza will be provided by : Chicago Deli

(Menu includes: Salad, Dessert & Beverages)

spirit wear will be available to purchase

Shout-Outs for your student $1.00 each

Are you a Baker?

If you are able to donate baked goods, please drop them off at the Band Room before 2:30pm on Monday, 11.20

Can you volunteer for an hour?

Times we need on Monday or Tuesday are listed on the Volunteer Form

Please return the form to Mr. Rose by Friday, 11.17

During Parent Teacher Conferences Monday, 11.20 (evening) or Tuesday 11.21 (afternoon or evening)

  • Set up (please arrive at 3:00pm)

  • Serve food (shifts) 4:30-6:00 pm, 6:00-7:00 pm, 7:00-8:00 pm

  • Ticket table in lobby (shifts) 4:00-5:30 pm, 5:30-6:30 pm, 6:30-7:30 pm

  • Clean-up 7:30 - 8:00 pm
